Privacy Policy

kadara™ medical website privacy policy

Effective Date: September 1, 2026

FINAL VERSION — Supersedes the July 1, 2026 version as of September 1, 2026.

kadara™ Medical respects the privacy of visitors, customers, authorized purchasers, and support contacts who use the company website or interact with online services.  This Privacy Policy explains how kadara™ Medical Corporation collects, uses, discloses, retains, and protects personal information when you visit the website, contact the company, request information, place an order, request order-error review, report a product-quality concern, or otherwise interact with the website or online services.

1.  Scope and Important Notice

This Privacy Policy applies to information collected through the kadara™ Medical website and related online interactions, including Shopify-powered checkout, Shop or Shop Pay interactions, secure invoice payments, eligible ACH Direct Debit, and approved manual check records. It is intended for general website and commerce privacy purposes.

2.  Information Collected

kadara™ Medical Corporation may collect personal information that you choose to provide, such as name, company name, job title, email address, mailing address, telephone number, account information, order information, billing information, shipping information, purchase order information, customer qualification information, communications, customer-service requests, refund or order-error review information, product-quality reports, photographs provided for support review, payment-method type, limited payment identifiers, transaction status, ACH authorization or bank-account verification status, check-remittance information, and information submitted through website forms.

kadara™ Medical Corporation may automatically collect information about your device and website activity, such as IP address, browser type, operating system, referring pages, pages viewed, dates and times of access, approximate location derived from technical information, cookie identifiers, and analytics or usage information.

When you use Shopify Payments or an available accelerated checkout or wallet, Shopify and participating banks, payment networks, and wallet providers may collect payment credentials, authentication data, fraud and risk signals, device data, and transaction identifiers directly. kadara™ Medical Corporation generally receives order and transaction information and limited payment details, such as payment method, card brand, or last four digits, rather than complete card or bank-account credentials.

3.  How Information Is Used

kadara™ Medical Corporation may use information for the purposes described below.

• Operate, maintain, secure, and improve the website, products, and services.

• Respond to inquiries, provide customer support, process orders, manage accounts, and communicate about transactions.

• Evaluate refund, return, replacement, credit, order-error, damaged-shipment, missing-item, or product-quality requests under the Refund Policy.

• Verify customer, practitioner, clinic, account, and ordering information for fulfillment, traceability, quality, and recordkeeping purposes.

• Personalize website content, understand website usage, measure performance, and improve user experience.

• Send administrative, service, transactional, marketing, or promotional communications where permitted by law.

• Process and reconcile payments through Shopify Payments; authenticate payment methods; manage invoices, pending ACH Direct Debits, manual check records, refunds, disputes, chargebacks, fraud prevention, and payout or accounting records.

• Comply with legal, regulatory, accounting, tax, quality, safety, product-reporting, complaint-handling, recall, correction, removal, and recordkeeping obligations.

4.  Cookies, Analytics, and Online Tracking

The website may use cookies, pixels, Shopify Customer Events or similar platform technologies, analytics tools, and comparable technologies to support website and checkout functionality, measure performance, understand how visitors use the site, remember preferences, maintain account and Shop Pay sessions, improve services, protect security, and support permitted communications.

You may adjust browser settings to block or delete cookies, although some website features may not function properly.  Where required, kadara™ Medical Corporation will provide applicable cookie choices and honor legally required opt-out preference signals.

Shopify may personalize or order payment methods using information such as customer location, purchase history, local trends, and aggregated preferences. If kadara™ Medical Corporation enables Shopify Network Intelligence, Enhanced Services, or another data-sharing feature, Shopify may use eligible customer data with data from other merchants as described in Shopify's notices. kadara™ Medical Corporation will provide any additional notice, consent, opt-out, or Global Privacy Control treatment required by applicable law.

5.  How Information Is Disclosed

kadara™ Medical Corporation does not sell personal information for money. Information may be disclosed to Shopify and Shopify Payments; banks, card networks, payment and fraud-prevention partners; wallet providers, including PayPal when PayPal Wallet is selected; shipping and fulfillment providers; and service providers that support hosting, analytics, customer service, marketing, security, quality review, professional services, accounting, or other business functions.

Shopify and other entities in the payment chain may act as service providers, processors, or independent controllers as described in their own terms and privacy notices. If you select PayPal Wallet, PayPal may process information under its privacy notice and may determine which eligible funding source is used. kadara™ Medical Corporation does not use PayPal as a separate merchant processor.

Information may also be disclosed when required by law, to protect rights and safety, to investigate suspected fraud or security issues, to support quality, recall, correction, removal, product-safety, chargeback, or complaint-handling processes, in connection with a business transaction, or with your direction or consent.

6.  Payments

kadara™ Medical Corporation uses Shopify and Shopify Payments to power commerce and manage eligible electronic payments. Depending on the customer, order, location, device, and enabled settings, payment choices may include eligible credit or debit cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal Wallet within Shopify Payments, and ACH Direct Debit for eligible United States B2B orders. Available methods are displayed at checkout or on the secure invoice payment page.

Shop Pay is an optional accelerated checkout offered by Shopify. A customer who uses Shop Pay may allow Shopify to save eligible contact, shipping, billing, and payment information for faster future checkout. A customer may return to standard checkout rather than use Shop Pay, subject to kadara™ Medical Corporation's account and customer-approval requirements.

If PayPal Wallet is offered and selected, it operates as a payment method within Shopify Payments rather than as a separate kadara™ Medical Corporation merchant processor. PayPal Wallet is not available inside Shop Pay. PayPal controls the eligible funding sources presented within the customer's PayPal experience.

ACH Direct Debit is available only for eligible Shopify B2B orders paid in U.S. dollars from an eligible U.S. bank account. Bank authentication and debit authorization occur through a secure interface. ACH may remain pending for up to four business days and is a non-guaranteed payment method. A saved or vaulted bank account may be used for a future authorized debit only with the customer's required authorization.

If a customer pays an approved invoice by check, kadara™ Medical Corporation may collect the payer name, check reference, amount, receipt date, clearance status, remittance details, and related communications. The check is not processed electronically through Shopify Payments, although the payment status and supporting record may be recorded in Shopify after receipt and verification.

7.  Refund and Order-Error Information

When you request refund review, order-error review, replacement, credit, return authorization, damaged-shipment review, missing-item review, or product-quality support, kadara™ Medical Corporation may collect and use order details, customer details, product information, lot or serial information, photographs, shipping information, communications, and related support records to evaluate the request.

This Privacy Policy explains information handling only.  Refund eligibility, return authorization, credits, replacements, corrections, and final-sale terms are governed by the Refund Policy and not by this Privacy Policy.

8.  Data Security and Retention

kadara™ Medical Corporation uses reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction.  No website, transmission, or storage system is completely secure.

kadara™ Medical Corporation retains personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including providing services, fulfilling transactions, maintaining payment authorizations and transaction records, evaluating refund and order-error requests, resolving disputes and chargebacks, supporting quality and safety obligations, complying with legal and regulatory obligations, maintaining business records, and enforcing agreements.

9.  Privacy Choices and Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or portability of personal information; to opt out of certain uses or disclosures; to limit certain uses of sensitive personal information; and to appeal or complain about a privacy decision.

California residents may have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act, including rights to know, delete, correct, opt out of sale or sharing, limit certain uses of sensitive personal information, and be free from discrimination for exercising privacy rights.

Privacy requests may be submitted using the contact method provided on the website.  kadara™ Medical Corporation may need to verify identity before responding.  Authorized agents may submit requests where permitted by law, and kadara™ Medical Corporation may request information needed to confirm an agent’s authority.

For personal information that Shopify collects directly for Shop, Shop Pay, or another direct-to-consumer Shopify service, you may also need to use the privacy controls or request process provided by Shopify. kadara™ Medical Corporation will reasonably assist with requests that it receives and can address under applicable law.

10.  Children’s Privacy

The website is intended for business and adult users and is not directed to children under 13.  kadara™ Medical Corporation does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.  If you believe a child has provided personal information to kadara™ Medical Corporation, please use the contact method provided on the website so appropriate steps can be taken.

If you access the website from outside the United States, your information may be processed in the United States or other jurisdictions where service providers operate.  Privacy laws in those jurisdictions may differ from the laws where you live.
