Terms of service

We want you to be happy with your purchase every time. However, if an item needs to be returned then it must be sent back in its original unopened state within 5 working days for you to be eligible for a refund. We ask that you also send an email to general@kadaramedical.com along with pictures so we know to expect your return and the reason the item was not suitable.
